The most innovational technologies for successful male infertility treatment in India

Most often the reason for male infertility lies in the changes in sperm cells quality and its amount. It is the consequence of inflammation processes in reproductive organs. Contagious and chronic diseases, as well as the influence of chemicals on body can also lead to infertility.
Patients with deferent duct obturation have also the indications for infertility treatment. Such condition implies the existence of obstructions inside the deferent duct or secretion disorders.
The most innovational technologies for successful male infertility treatment, including:
  • Minimally invasive laparoscopy
  • Laser therapy
  • Measurement station for urodynamic examinations
  • Shock-wave therapy
  • Performing surgeries using the new-generation da Vinci® SI HD. This technology makes surgical intervention less painful, leaving less noticeable incisions.

The treatment of different male infertility forms in the India

The secretory form of male infertility implies that testes do not produce enough number of sperm cells. This leads to inability to fertilize the egg. Sperm motility or malformation disorders also belong to the secretory male infertility form.
Fertility problems can also appear after so called varicocele (varicosis) that complicates the blood flow and leads to the depression of testes function. It affects the left testis first, and then the right one. The treatment on the initial stages, including surgical intervention, helps to prevent the development of male infertility.
Other possible reasons for fertility problems include:
  • Hydrocele - the collection of liquid that constricts the testis from the inside and leads to the release of defective sperm cells.
  • Inguinal hernia.
  • Cryptorchidism - the testis do not descend fully into the scrotum. If this defect hasn’t been removed by 7 years old age, the risk of male infertility rises significantly.
  • Parotitis - the grandular tissue is affected by virus that damages the reproductive system first.
  • Orchitis - the inflammation of some reproductive organs. Without urgent treatment 50% of cases end up with fertility problems.
  • Mechanical traumas and radioactive exposure can damage the seminiferous epithelium (cover) and lead to male infertility.
  • The prolonged exposure to high temperatures (sauna). If it is impossible to avoid such procedure, it should end up with cold water rinse in order to normalize the testis temperature.
  • Syphilis - in rare cases it leads to male infertility development.
  • Steady stress, the lack of proteins in the body, hypovitaminosis and bad habits also affect fertility in combination with other factors.
In obstructive form of the disease there are pathologies in the structure of both deferent canals. The inability of sperm cells to pass through the canals is caused by the canal obstruction. It appears as a result of inflammations in vascular cones. The treatment begins with diagnosing the size and possible reasons of obstruction or adhesion of canal walls.
Immunogenetic disparity is one of the rarest reasons of male infertility. In this case a man can have children from another woman. Hypersensitive reaction of female body to sperm is also possible, but such cases are also rare.

Diagnostics and treatment of male infertility

First of all the doctors remove all concomitant conditions. Such measures include normalizing resting time rules, elimination of stress factors, etc. The next step in treatment is vitamin therapy, normalizing the diet, sedative drug therapy.
On the third step the patient goes through the treatment of various infections and correction of endocrine pathologies, especially if there are some spermatogenesis disorders. In spite of the schematic character of the treatment, specific procedures and medications are prescribed individually in each case.
The treatment of such diseases has its own peculiarities. If a man has inflammatory processes, a partner should also undergo the treatment. Sometimes doctors offer artificial insemination with further therapy.
